1) Bolton Wanderers' second goal against Queens Park Rangers on 13th August 2011 has been confirmed as an own goal (Danny Gabbidon).

2) Bolton Wanderers' third goal against Queens Park Rangers on 13th August 2011 has been confirmed as an Ivan Klasnic goal.

3) Manchester United's second goal against West Bromwich Albion on 14th August 2011 has been confirmed as an own goal (Steven Reid).

4) Queens Park Rangers' goal against Everton on 20th August 2011 has been confirmed as a Tommy Smith goal.

5) Chelsea's first goal against West Bromwich Albion on 20th August 2011 has been confirmed as a Nicolas Anelka goal.

6) Wigan Athletic's first goal against Queens Park Rangers on 27th August 2011 has been confirmed as a Franco Di Santo goal.

7) Wigan Athletic's second goal against Queens Park Rangers on 27th August 2011 has been confirmed as a Franco Di Santo goal.
