Biography:
After staring the 2007 UEFA Under 17 championships in which he won the golden boot award, Rovers secured the services of the Dutch star for an undisclosed fee on a four year deal.
But Maceo has struggled to break into the first team and spent the end of the 2007/08 season on loan at Norwich City.
2008/09 represented a new challenge but again he couldn't find his way into first team contention, instead spending the season on loan with Championship side Barnsley.
