Biography:
Wales international goalkeeper joined Rovers on a four-year deal from Gillingham in June 2006.
His debut in a Rovers shirt was a memorable one, replacing the injured Brad Friedel at half time during Rovers' match against Wigan Athletic at Ewood Park in 2006, Brown made a superb penalty save, stopping the follow-up too.
Injuries to Rovers number one Paul Robinson, meant Jason featured on occasions last term, making seven appearances.
Signed a new contract with the club in January 2008 that sees him contracted to Rovers until the summer of 2011.
