Owen: England not my focus

Speculation has bubbled away about Owen's international exile virtually from the moment he completed one of the summer's biggest transfer shocks by moving to Old Trafford following the end of an ill-fated four years at Newcastle United.

Owen has not played for England since the 1-0 defeat by France in a Paris friendly in March 2008.

However the Red Devils striker is adamant he is not losing any sleep over his continued exclusion, insisting he is fully concentrated on his club career.
